Music Bio
Early in his travels, Aaron was introduced to the low end vibes of hip-hop, trip-hop, electronica and jazz. Years later, while obtaining his B.A. of English Literature from the University of Montana, Aaron was a DJ on KBGA Missoula.
During study breaks Aaron would visit the studios, spending hours digging through the station's music library, messing with the turntables and composing beats. Music was a nice change up to the intensive reading and writing of his degree.
For the past few years he has been creating a series of down-tempo songs for relaxation, as a way to cure writer's block and for scoring videos.
Some artists that inspire Aaron include DJ Shadow, DJ Spooky, Mos Def, The Roots, early Busta Rhymes, Thievery Corporation, Slide Five, Galactic, Miles Davis and SomaFM.
